Product Development Engineer - Team Lead
HBL - Habib Bank Limited / Karachi Pakistan (Feb 2023 - Present)
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for the development team
  • Understand business requirement and review features drafted by PO. Assist PO’s in identifying system functionalities, dependencies and gaps (if any) for solution delivery.
  • Planning and documenting comprehensive technical specifications for features or system design, ensuring a clear roadmap for development and implementation
  • Conduct and share impact analysis for the feature / changes / bugs in discussion
  • Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements, leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving skills
  • Highlight dependencies, risk and impediments to PO’s and SMs on priority basis.
